We encourage customers to test and measure the fabric as soon as it arrives. In the case that the item you have purchased from our company is damaged or defective, we will either replace it for you or refund your money.
If you need to return your fabric, you must email us at email@example.com within 3 days of the delivery date for an approval code. The fabric must be returned in the original and uncut condition. For any reason other than damaged or defective product, there will be a 40% restocking fee. Customer is responsible to pay the shipping cost for returning the fabric.
We will not be able to issue any refund or accept any returns after the 3-day period
All international sales are final.
